Selection Process
Every candidate that we provide are thoroughly examined and evaluated based on strict criteria such as:
Minimum Age & Maximum Age criteria
Ensuring crews are in good health (recent medical report)
Authentication crew’s online certificates
Pre Interview about their knowledge and tasks in accordance with the crew’s positions
Marlin Test (trial test)
Psikological Test
Reference from the last Crew’s Employer
Proposing Crew’s CVs and documents for final interview & approval
Medical Check Up arrangement
To conduct ISM briefing before departure
Pre-joining formalities
